7. Take overview and outline and copy it

8. Go to ChatGPT, create a new chat.

9. Use Framework for Youtube Template, "I need to create an outline template for a youtube video. The outline has 9 parts, the intro, the hook, the content hook #1, the first engagement break, the content hook #2, the second engagement break, content hook #3, and the final part is the call to action which is the close of the video. 10. Tell ChatGPT "You are a youtube expert. I need you to create a youtube outline from my template for a video about: []TOPIC TITLE]".

11. Read the outline and try to improve it wherever possible to make it more in alignment with our brand and personality.

12. Copy the ChatGPT brief template and paste it into a Google Doc without formatting.

13. Format to make it look like our Brief Template.

14. Change sharing permission to "anyone with link" and copy link.

15. Paste Brief Template link in the Google Sheet "Adrian's Briefs".
